Full time and Part time

Responsibilities Include

Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and vacuum designated areas/properties

Empty trash and garbage containers

Maintain building, performing minor repairs, routine painting, and other tasks as assigned

Meeting room set-up

Assist with deliveries: unloading and distributing supplies or equipment

Remove snow and debris from sidewalks

 Follow agency procedures with regard to cleaning schedules and supplies


Specific Requirements

High school diploma or GED

6-12 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and able to utilize e-mail

Valid driver’s license

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
